Silvery-green foliage with a fuzzy texture. Straight stems are covered in tiny flower clusters that attract many pollinators. Host plant for American Lady & Painted Lady butterflies. Take note that it does spread by rhizomes to form large, dense colonies. Full to partial sun, 3’ height, medium to dry soil. Native to much of central & western U.S. AKA White Sagebrush.
