Salvia leucantha

A gorgeous member of the sage family, Mexican Bush Sage blooms in late summer and early fall, with velvety purple/white blooms covering 3’ or longer stems that arch out from the base. A big, eye-catching, plant. I’m listing this as an annual in our climate, although it will sometimes overwinter if we have a mild winter. Native to Mexico. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Full sun or light afternoon shade.
