Stevia is a remarkable herb with leaves that are far sweeter than sugar. Just try nibbling a leaf for a powerful punch of sweetness! I’m not a big fan of using the dried powder sold commercially, but I find the fresh leaves have a flavor that melds better in foods. My favorite use is to add one sprig to fresh herbal teas, for just a touch of sweetness. Annual, full sun/part shade.
