Our custom blend of three mizunas, giving a lovely mix of red & green leaves, and lots of texture. These mild-tasting greens are just a touch spicier than lettuce, and are a tasty and beautiful addition to the salad bowl.
For “cut and come again”, harvest the leaves an inch or two above the soil, just above the growing tip. The plant will send out new leaves, and in a couple weeks you can harvest again.
