Ratibida columnifera

Fast growing, drought tolerant, native perennial. Plants grow 2-3’ tall with scores of bright red-yellow flowers atop lacy foliage. Particularly showy in mass plantings. Provides nectar for native bees, butterflies and other insects. Clump-forming plants will often self-sow, and can push out weaker species. Medium to dry soil, summer blooming, full sun.
