A dense, suckering shrub notable for its coral-red berries that last thru most of the winter. Flowers, leaves and berries are all valuable for insects and birds. Cut back to the ground in winter or spring to promote bushier growth. Native to most of Oklahoma. Full to partial sun, medium to dry soil, 2-6′ height.
